Nothing seems to be going well for Alfred the Owl since he borrowed Mr. Carson's glasses. He is having headaches, not sleeping well and he is paying too much attention to his friends in the village. Alfred means well but his new, clearer vision is more of a hindrance than a help Maybe seeing "too clearly" is not as good as it sounds.
