Char was formerly the PBIS coordinator at the Minnesota Department of Education, as well as an assistant professor at Saint Cloud State University and adjunct faculty at the University of St. Thomas. She is a frequent conference presenter and has been published in numerous journals including\u003ci\u003e Psychology in the Schools\u003c\/i\u003e. Char lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cb\u003eBeth Baker, M.S.Ed., \u003c\/b\u003e is a teacher and an advocate for students with emotional\/behavioral challenges.
