Walter Brueggemann is William Marcellus McPheeters Professor of Old Testament Emeritus at Columbia Theological Seminary, Decatur, Georgia. He is the past President of the Society of Biblical Literature (1990) and the author of numerous books, including these from Cascade Books: Embracing the Transformation, Remember You Are Dust, Truth-telling as Subversive Obedience, David and His Theologian, Praying the Psalms (2nd ed.), and A Pathway of Interpretation.
