My worst nightmare came true almost 18 years ago. My story begins after being brutally raped in college. It describes the aftermath immediately after the rape. However, it also details the struggles with Major Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder that has followed me throughout my life and into adulthood. It explains how difficult it is to maneuver in the mental health community.
