The Snow Queen is the story of two children from a northern town. Gretchen and Karl were so good friends as if they were brother and sister. Suddenly their life was disturbed by the Snow Queen, which, with the appearance of the first snowflakes, kidnaps Karl. Gretchen decided to search and save her dear friend and so started on a long, difficult and painful journey. She found Karl in the Snow Queen Lodge's ice palace. With her hearty soul and guided by deep friendship love for her friend, Gretchen succeeded to defeat the evil Snow Queen and brought Karl back to their home town.
