Author Biography

Lawrence Wade Johnson has been in management since 1963. He has spent 35 years of his professional life in organizational development work. He has served in the senior management role, but his most treasured accomplishments have been in the field of management consulting. He has been the "Fly on the wall" listening and working with hourly employees and management assisting organizations to get ship shape. This book is an accumulation of those experiences.
