Theodore is now a father of two kittens, Tabios and Suki, and he must do anything to protect them, but danger lurks in the corner. One night, Theodore notices a man standing outside the apartment window. The next night, he sees two men, then three. Theodore has to find a way to alert Jane.

Then, Jane gets attacked by a group of masked men, and Tabios is taken.

With Jane hospitalised, it is up to Theodore to find out who the criminals who took his kitten are, but it's more complicated than that. A group has formed that thinks Theodore doesn't belong to Jane. This group are fans of Dean, Theodore's first owner.
