The grief journey is ever changing and lifelong.

It is complex.

It is lonely.

There really are no words that can be spoken that do justice to describe the raw pain of grief. Sometimes the feelings are just too painful to speak, and can only be written about.

The poems within this book try to depict the feelings of grief through poems and illustrations.

Everyone's journey is entirely different but maybe poetry can help to connect the grieving community through words that can be written but not spoken.
