KENDALL & TAMARA SCHMITKE had three beautiful daughters when they fulfilled their lifelong dream of adopting. In 2010, they added a wonderful son to their family through international adoption.

REBECCA BREBNER is a professional medical illustrator by training and has run her own illustration and graphic design studio for many years. She loves to illustrate and aims to produce work that is eloquent and meaningful. She is passionate about both disciplines of art and science-striving to find the art in science and the science in art.
