The author "Michael Lowry" (who writes under his pseudonym of "Michael Roses") completed a Bachelor of Arts (Social Science) degree at Curtin University in Western Australia in 1977, majoring in Sociology. The author is a Catholic person who acknowledges the highly probable existence of intelligent extra-terrestrial life that has been visiting Earth for, possibly, thousands of years. The author also has a profound understanding of the origins of religious dogmatism and advocates the "pluralist" doctrine that all good people will go to heaven
