Mental Health is with you or close to you. Everyone knows someone that is battling with a brain disease. This is my story, my push through, my incarceration, my unstable mind. You will feel and see the darkness and the madness. You will read how challenging it was for me to get to know myself in my disease and stripping away all that was not for me in my disease. No one can prescribe to my mind because it is unique in its design. Hold on readers. You are about to take a ride in my bipolar mind, one that has frightened me, controlled me and robbed me of my joy many times.
