"What Mama Used To Say" is a historical account of traditional, and cultural, expressions used in the African American Community. It expands generations of verbal and nonverbal expressions from the undocumented beginnings of bondage, through our current situation. It is an intergenerational examination and comparison of sayings from past to present.
