Allisha Politis was born and raised in Utah. She attended Brigham Young University where she graduated with a bachelors degree in Clothing and Textiles. She is married with 5 married children and 6 grandchildren. She quilts, does alterations, creates costumes, sews draperies, pillows, embroidery and fashion designs.
