In Wrestling with the Angel, Jennifer M. Phillips invites readers on their own spiritual journeys of exploration, whether inside or outside the bounds of formal religion. Author Biography

Jennifer M. Phillips, a much-published bi-national immigrant, gardener, bonsai-grower, and painter, has lived in five states, two countries, and now, with gratitude, in Wampanoag ancestral land on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Her chapbooks include Sitting Safe in the Theatre of Electricity (2020), A Song of Ascents (2022), and Sailing To the Edges (forthcoming 2025). Two of Phillips's poems were nominated for a Pushcart Prize.
