J. Samia Mair has published three children's books, two of which are picture books: Amira's Totally Chocolate World and The Perfect Gift, both of which have been favourably received. She has also published one chapter book, The Great Race to Sycamore Street and is a staff writer for SISTERS Magazine and Discover: The magazine for curious Muslim kids. Additionally, she has published articles, stories, and poems in books, magazines, anthologies, scientific journals, online news sources, and elsewhere.
