Author Biography

Mariko and Tomoya are the founders of B-Life, a Youtube yoga channel with over 1 million subscribers. Mariko is the face of B-Life, a yoga teacher with a ballet and gymnastics training. After dancing for several years at the National Ballet Company of Japan, she decided to become a fitness and yoga teacher, and create her famous Youtube channel along her husband Tomoya, who plans, films and edits all her videos.
